To both the left and right you will find breakable rocks blocking your way. That is everything in that direction, so return back to the intersection up and to the right. If you go past the pair of trainers, go to the far left rock and search it to find a Red Shard. With either, they will likie boost their speed with Rock Polish, to try to gain an edge over you, then attack with Rock Throw. Reginald will send out a second Geodude, lvl. Beyond the rock, going downwards, you will encounter another Dual Trainer battle: Hikers Reginald and Lorenzo. That is all you will find down this path, so head back to the breakable rock, up and to the right. As noted earlier, Double Team is a boost that increases the user's evasion, making them harder to hit. Just past them, you can see a breakable rock and an item ball on the right. It has decent defense and alright Water type attacks, so Fire, Rock or Ground types should likely switch out. The Ponyta will attack with Flame Wheel and Ember, so keep on guard for potential burns. After the Staravia They will send out a Ponyta, lvl. The trainer will also likely use a potion on the Buneary when its health gets low, giving it a second wind. The Buneary is apparently not too friendly with its owner, so Frustration is something to watch out for. The Staravia will likely open with Wing Attack and the Buneary with Frustration. Lass Cassidy and Youngster Wanye One has three Pokemon and the other only has one. Going left, then down, then left, past a breakable rock, and down again takes you to a Dual Trainer battle. Now you have some choice, up or to the left. Once again, you will reach a place with a rock you can smash to the left, take out the rock. Again, after you clear the rock, head upwards. Then, when you reach the top, take another left and smash the rock that is blocking your way. ![]() You will want to head upwards after you clear the rock. Next, walk upwards and you will find a breakable rock blocking your way to the left with a solid wall in front of you and smaller rocks blocking your way to the right. The Visible Entrance: Once inside, use Flash so you can see the area more clearly. The wild Pokemon here are around level 20, so it is not a bad place to work at leveling up some of the weaker ones you will want to use when you reach Hearthome City and plan to take on the next Gym Leader with. To really explore this area, you need TM 70 Flash and HM 06 Rock Smash. The Wayward Cave This area has two entrances: one visible in the top portion of route 206, which is below the Cycling Path and the other hidden underneath the Cycling Path.
